What are your communication methods?

Accepted Answer

Short answer: All of them.

Longer answer: Luminary Media functions primarily in a remote environment, but we pride ourselves in quick response times. We recommend at least one Zoom call at the beginning of your project, but we can work with your communication preferences! We often use email, and we'd be more than happy to schedule a time for a phone or video call if you'd prefer to discuss things that way. Depending on the project, you may also have the opportunity to comment directly on the design.
